Setting up an Episode: The Simpson's

It’s very interesting considering how the Simpson’s starts from one scenario and ends in a completely different one:

1. E.g. Bart/Homer/Maggie/Lisa are all home

2. Marge is out.

3. Lisa is having a sleepover and they try put makeup on Bart;

4. Homer watches TV.

5. Bart escapes Lisa and Maggie is caught and makeup is put on her

6. Homer sees this and it drives him out of the house to Moes.

7. At Moes: Homer makes a drink called Flamin’ Homer which sets up the episode

Great episode. The writer’s maybe thought, how can we get Homer out of the house to Moe’s in a comical way?
